A letter from the founder regarding COVID-19.

To Tiege Guys everywhere,

Tiege Hanley is taking COVID-19 extremely seriously. As a global brand with a sophisticated supply chain that ships internationally, we knew we had to act early. As a result, we are as prepared as humanly possible to continue operations throughout this pandemic.

  • You should know, Tiege Hanley products are completely and entirely manufactured and packaged in the United States of America. The formulas inside the bottles and the bottles themselves don’t leave the country until they are purchased by and shipped to an international customer.
  • The bottles are filled in a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved facility and must undergo intense microbial testing prior to being released to us. We cannot, could not, and would not sell any product that does not pass these strict regulations.
  • We have many, many months’ worth of that FDA-approved inventory in our Chicago-based warehouse. That warehouse is disinfected daily, regardless of a pandemic like COVID-19, and will continue to be disinfected daily, every day, for as long as Tiege Hanley continues to manufacture and sell men’s skin care products.
  • Additionally, the entire Tiege Hanley team, from the warehouse staff to the very founders themselves, are exercising extreme caution to ensure we stay healthy. All non-essential on-site personnel have been instructed to work from home until further notice. All essential on-site personnel are being required to check in daily with the Head of Operations regarding their health. In the event an employee shows symptoms of any type of illness, they will be asked to self-quarantine in accordance with federal policies.

All this to say, Tiege Hanley is 100% dedicated and committed to the safe development and handling of our products. We take extreme pride in our work and are going above and beyond FDA requirements and government policies. Our singular goal is to help men look and feel amazing, and we will continue to strive for that goal throughout these trying times.

Shipping Interruptions


Tiege Hanley is experiencing international shipping interruptions due to COVID-19. The following countries are currently impacted:

Ascension, Bahamas, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brunei Darussalam, Cayman Islands, Chad, Chile – Easter Island, China, Czech Republic (Delivery suspended to the following postal codes: 584 01, 783 21, 783 24, 783 91, 784 01), Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Jamaica, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Macao, Madagascar, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Samoa, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Wallis and Futuna, Western Sahara, Zimbabwe

Delays:

Delivery delays are being experienced to all international destinations including but not limited to:

Australia, France, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom

There are a variety of factors affecting international shipping, including local DHL and post offices not operating normal business hours or services. Please note that Tiege Hanley is still operating as normal and has every intention of shipping your next package.
