Sometimes ya gotta go slow to go fast, they say.

The Tiege Hanley warehouse team is right in the middle of making some big changes, which ultimately will improve our box-packing process and speed up fulfillment. While we get settled, we won’t be able to ship as many boxes as we typically do Monday-Saturday. New orders placed through Tiege.com will take 3-5 business days to ship.

These changes are coinciding with a prolonged period of high new-order volume at Tiege Hanley. High volume is a good thing for the company, but rough on our warehouse guys at a time like this. We’re all working diligently and lending a hand where we can, but it’ll take a couple weeks to get back up to speed (and even faster!). We’ll drop everyone a line when that time comes.
