How do I log out of my account?
To manage your subscription:
- Visit your account page
- Click the logout button at the bottom of the page for subscription accounts, or for non-subscription accounts, click log out in My Account menu.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can use our products with no long-term commitment!
The subscription service is set up to automatically bill and ship you new products every 30 days. You can adjust your renewal date and shipment frequency (for example every 45 days instead of 30 days) at any time through your account dashboard on our website.
You can also cancel at any time.
How do I skip my next order?
To manage your subscription:
- Visit your account page
- Click the Skip button
- Select how long to delay the shipment
- Save changes
- Confirm
After you skip your next order, you will see the Unskip button showing the skip worked.
The order will not ship on the date shown unless you click Unskip.
System Edit
If you have a system your products will always stay together, when you make a change it applies to the whole system.
Product Edit
If you have individual products, when you make a change it applies only to the item you are editing.
Save changes to apply your subscription updates to products and systems.
Pro Tip
Ensure frequency matches, or future orders will ship on different days.
How do I change my renewal frequency?
Note: Each active item is an independent subscription that is edited on its own.
- Log in to your account and click Manage Subscription to change your order frequency.
- Under the subscription product you'd like to modify, click Manage this subscription
- Where it says You get quantity of these, every frequency days, use the plus and minus symbols to the left and right of the frequency to update the frequency.
- Click Save Changes
Heads up! Now that the frequency is all set, check your renewal date.
The first renewal date doesn't change, so move that product date to avoid getting an order before you're ready. You'll see the new frequency sets your order dates going forward until it is changed.
What is Frequency?
The Frequency setting determines how often a product ships. If you have too much product, set the frequency with more days between boxes. If your products run out just ahead of renewal, decrease the number of days.
Some products last about 30 days, while other products, like DEO, Retinol Stick, and large sizes last longer than 30 days for a lot of guys. Use frequency to match your usage. Get what you need, when you need it.
How do I change my renewal date?
- Visit your subscription account page, and you will be on the Next Order page.
- Click Reschedule to reschedule your next order.
- Choose a new renewal date
- Click Save changes
How do I change my subscription Level?
- Log into your account at Tiege.com.
- The first thing you see is your Next Order page.
- Click Manage This Subscription by the Skin Care or Acne System.
- Choose your level and Save Changes.
How do I change my Shipping Address?
- Any subscription must be active to edit the shipping address. Click Reactivate if your subscription is inactive. You will not be charged when the subscription is reactivated.
- From your account, click Address & Payment Details.
- Then click Manage Addresses to update your address.
- When you're done, be sure to click Save changes.
Note: You can also edit your shipping address from the Next Order page.
How do I update my billing information?
- Log in to your account and click the Address & payment details tab.
- Click Manage Payment Methods
- Click Edit Payment Method or Add New Card
- Click Send Edit Payment Link
Note: Edit Payment Link goes to the email address associated with your Tiege Hanley account - Click Confirm Payment Information in your email to return to tiege.com
- Click Change to update payment method on file
- Enter card details or select a payment service
- Update your billing address
- Click Update Card
- Save Changes

Can I return my box?
Yes! If you have not opened your box, we can refund your order in full.
Contact our team at info@tiege.com, and we will send you a return label to print out.
The return will be free of charge if the box is not opened. When we receive your return, we will refund your payment. Give us a heads up when your box is on the way back.
I received error code AVS when purchasing.
No problem, we can help!
Your card was likely declined because the billing address entered at checkout for this credit card did not match the registered address for the card. We recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to verify the billing address they have on file. Once you enter the correct billing address at checkout, your payment should work.
