      According to a 2019 review published in Circulation Research, researchers concluded that there is strong evidence that the Mediterranean diet is positively associated with cardiovascular health outcomes (see claim: “…the traditional MedDiet is associated with better cardiovascular health outcomes, including clinically meaningful reductions in rates of coronary heart disease, ischemic stroke, and total cardiovascular disease.”)

      3. Work Through Your Issues
